Stand-up comedian Kevin Hart is being sued by a fan who alleges that his security guard beat him up and called him a “p***y” and a “b***h”. The fan, Jay Collins, says the incident happened in 2015 backstage at Philadelphia Lincoln Financial Field event in August 2015.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, Collins is asking for a little over five million shillings. He states that the security team at the stadium handed him over to Hart’s personal security team. They threatened to use a taser on him and shoved the prongs of the stun gun into him.

Collins was also reportedly punched in the neck, head, and shoulders as well as kneed in the rib cage by the What Now? star’s security team.
