The Gilanis group of companies is  changing the face of real estate in Nakuru with the construction of a 14-storey block that opens its doors to the public next month.

Known as Tower One, the building on Moi Road, which sits on 8,200 square feet and is Nakuru’s tallest, contains features such as Grade A office space, which have so far been the preserve of buildings in Nairobi.

It is a purely commercial building with 42 offices and three basement level parkings.

And unlike the few other buildings in town which have converted their basement parking into trading floors, the Tower One basement will be used strictly as parking space  for the more than 400 clients who will occupy the building.

The new building has a marble and granite finish and is fitted with transparent glass lifts.
