He however did not say when “soon” will be.

Mr Odinga claimed those involved in the theft had doctored figures to suit their schemes.
He was speaking at Matunda Primary School in Lugari Constituency, where he launched the album of upcoming musician Dennis Mwangi.
He said he would never honour summons to shed light on Eurobond, even though Kenyans are anxious to find out what he knows.
“How can you summon a whistle blower? Go for the thieves who emptied the country’s coffers,” said Mr Odinga.
He added: “I am not a madman when I complain that this government is engaging in mega corruption.”
Mr Odinga was last week invited by the Ethics and Anti-corruption Commission to explain what he knows about the Eurobond money but he refused to do so.
His lawyers however submitted a statement on the matter.
The statement has not been made public.
Anti-corruption detectives investigating Eurobond have questioned Treasury Cabinet Secretary Henry Rotich and Principal Secretary Kamau Thugge.
Mr Odinga has also turned down an invitation by the Treasury to scrutinise documents on how the money was spent.
Wednesday, Mr Odinga attributed runaway crime in parts of the country to hopelessness and unemployment.
