Leopards striker seals Ethiopia move

AFC Leopards striker Alex Orotomal on Friday completed a move to Ethiopian giants Saint George Sports Club signing a three year contract.

“Saint George today has added to her striking options Alex Orotomal from Kenyan club AFC Leopards,” read a statement on the club’s official website.

“In addition to Alex, the team had signed Maheb Kebede, Saladin Saeed and Amma Muhammad,” the statement read further.

St George, founded in 1935, hosts its matches at 35,000-seater Addis Ababa stadium and will represent the country in next year’s Caf Champions League after clinching their 29th title last year.

The Ethiopian season begins on October 27 with St George away to Bahar Dar Kenema.
